"I have personally known and worked with Captain Tim Parkin as a partner with the Drug Task Force for Southeast Minnesota and the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office. Tim has impressed me with his intelligent leadership style. His attention to detail and our task force finances have kept our drug task force operating at the highest level. He has taken our task force to a level that is widely regarded in the state as a model. Captain Parkin will make an excellent Sheriff!" - Sheriff Bartsh
