"I’ve known Captain Tim Parkin for more than 15 years and had the opportunity to work with him on Drug Task Force investigations early in our careers. I now continue to work with Tim in his role as Commander of the SE MN Violent Crimes Enforcement Team. In every role he has taken on in law enforcement, Tim has been a strong and respected leader who leads by example and puts service first. Through every rank and responsibility, Tim has never forgotten where he came from or who he serves. From his start with the Las Vegas Metro Police Department to his nearly two decades of service with the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Tim has built a career defined by professionalism, integrity, and dedication to public safety. His broad experience has prepared him to be an outstanding Sheriff and leader for Olmsted County. I’m proud to support Tim Parkin for Sheriff.” - Sheriff Rose
